Good 3D TV: DDD’s TriDef 3D Solutions Gaining Increased Acceptance

I Café is the provider in China for all its internet café software solutions. DDD selected this service provider for the integration of its TriDef 3D game into the Internet Café software making it globally available thereafter. Beta testing of the solution is to start by end of the third quarter of this year and some I-Café locations have been earmarked for these testing points. The reason for selecting I-Café is the 86 percent rise in profits that they have registered this quarter when compared to last year same quarter. The First year the company had raised revenue of $1,815,000.

The TriDef product which is a 2D to 3D conversion application developed by the group has been in demand since the beginning of 2012. About 3.5 million units of the application has been shipped this year compared half the number that had been in demand last year.

The 2D to 3D software named TriDef and developed by DDD is compatible for use on TV, mobile and PC. The market share that this application holds at present is a commanding 85 percent, with leading TV makers like Sony, LG, Samsung, HP and Intel featuring the licensed version of TriDef on their gadgets.
