DDD has established a network of licensing agreements and royalty payments in key 2D-3D conversion markets; TVs, PCs and mobile/tablet devices.
The market is nascent. We expect the pace of conversion to 3D formats to accelerate driven by 3D/digital cinema deployment and next-generation gaming.
DDD recently signed contracts with major brands: Sony; Lenovo; AOC (TPV Tech. China).
We initiate with a 50p price target.
