SUPPLEMENTAL PROXY FORM

DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD), the 3D software and content company (the “Company”) announces that it has posted a supplemental Proxy Form relating to Resolution 9 proposed in the AGM Notice that was distributed to shareholders on June 30th. Resolution 9 seeks permission from shareholders to allow the Company to communicate to shareholders electronically. The Supplemental Proxy Form allows shareholders to cast their vote on Resolution 9 since it was inadvertently omitted from the original Proxy Form supplied with the AGM Notice. Shareholders should return both the Proxy Form and the Supplemental Proxy Form to the share registrar.
