2007 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM

DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD), the 3D software and content company (the “Company”) announces that it has posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2007. The Company also posted a circular containing a Notice of AGM convening the AGM to be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday 28 July 2008 at 3 More London, Riverside, London SE1 2AQ (the “Circular”).
