HOLDING IN COMPANY

DDD Group plc (the “Company”) was notified today that Mr Michael Stubbs has increased his holding to 9,770,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Stubbs’ holding represents 13.1 per cent of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
